Time Out!

You rush, you run, you stress! Does this sound like you? Most of the time life seems to take control of you instead of you taking control of your own life. Sometimes we forget to just sit back a moment and breathe. People run themselves to the ground, get sick faster and recover slower all because they don’t take care of their own bodies and health.

Massage therapy is a great way to unwind, relax, and take a moment to rejuvenate. It can help physically to get rid of those daily aches and pains and also helps mentally to calm your mind. Living in stress can cause illness, but massage helps balance those anxiety hormones and help you cope with your daily routine.

COVID-19 Update

Due to the State of Emergency announced in Waterloo Region this past week and the mandate put forth by PHA and my governing college (CMTO), I will be temporarily keeping my Massage Therapy Clinic closed at this time. As I am unsure as to when it will be safe to reopen, I will be contacting clients on a weekly basis who have an upcoming appointment to cancel their treatments and will be placing them on a rebook list for when this outbreak has passed.
